How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE delivery Australia wide with no minimum order costs so you can spend your money on only enjoy our products and not having to worry about any shipping costs!

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes between 2-6 business days depending on your location in Australia. If you would like a more accurate estimate, visit Australia Post website here and enter 2075 (St Ives) in the “from” space and your delivery postcode in the “to” space.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently do not offer shipping outside Australia. For a full list of international stockists please visit our stockist page here

Can I track my item?

Once we have shipped your item out you will receive a shipping email from us with your tracking details on it. If you do not receive this email check your spam and junk mail folders.

Will I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes. A signature is required for orders sent by Australia post and if no one is available to sing, you will be left a card to pick up your order from your closest Post Office.

How do I know my order has been received by Ocean Sands Collective?

Once you place and order with Ocean Sands Collective and you have made payment for your order, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you supplied with your order. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it. If you do not receive an order conformation email, please contact us at   

I accidentally ordered the wrong item can I cancel my order once I have received the confirmation?

Please contact immediately. If your order has not been dispatched, we will make every effort and do our best to change the order for you.

Unfortunately, if you order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to stop delivery. If your order has been dispatched, we will be unable to stop delivery but will allow you to return the item for full refund provided the item are returned in original condition. Please note that the cost of returning the item will need to be covered by the customer.

Can I change the address on my order after I have placed my order?

If you have made a mistake with your delivery address, please contact us immediately at . If your order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to change the delivery address for you.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in a safe and perfect condition, In the unfortunate event your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped, please email within 30days of receipt of goods. Please provide your order number and photos of the broken or damaged products and we will be more than happy to resolve any issues. Should your item be deemed faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, Ocean Sands Collective will provide you with a gift card, store credit, exchange or refund. All refunds will be processed according to your original method of payment.

I received my order and something is missing?

Please email with your order number and outline the missing item.

 What is your exchange policy?

You are welcome to exchange your product due to change of mind within 30 days of it being dispatched by us, providing that: 

  1. It is unused and in re-saleable condition; 
  2. You have proof of purchase

Please note that shipping costs for returns are at your own expense and the resend charge is $9.95. Exchanges will be processed within 2 working days fro the date the returned goods are received.

We recommend you hold onto your proof of postage and tracking number from the Post Office in the unlikely event we do not receive the parcel. 

If you would like to organise the return and exchange of an item, please email with your order number and details of the return and exchange. 

What is your returns policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Ocean Sands Collective will be happy to provide you with a full refund, to the full amount of the item(s) at the time of said purchase, provided that:

  1. Items are returned within 30 days of time of receipt of goods;
  2. You have proof of purchase;
  3. Items must be in un-used condition with the original and undamaged packaging.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring that the product is returned suitably packed to prevent damage during return shipping.
